Shipping and return policies for PPJ Recordings

Shipping Info

Limit 3 records of one release per customer. Bundle limit is 2 per customer. (You can purchase 3 Kraves, 3 002's, 3 003's, etc.)

Please note that packaging costs are included in the shipping price; So if you see that on your shipping label, the cost is less than you paid, it is because vinyl mailers, inserts, tape, labels, etc. add to the cost. We DO NOT want to profit from shipping. We do as best we can to set the shipping prices so that you pay what we pay.

Please also note that Bandcamp's shipping options are terrible. We can never be 100% accurate because of the awful way they do it. If you would like some further detail, feel free to contact us

All orders ship out on Fridays at the latest. Sometimes we will ship right away, other times it might take the whole week. But 7 days would be the longest wait time for us to drop it in the post. Everything is shipped Royal Mail, USPS, or UPS, via the PPJ London or USA Branch.

Estimated Shipping Times (Brexit might affect these greatly!)

UK: 3 working days. (From Ship Date Remember its on a Friday:)
EU: 4-7 working days.
Rest of World: 6-10 working days.

These are estimated times and cannot be guaranteed. While we expect the majority of deliveries to arrive within these times, delivery may take much longer in some cases depending on your domestic shipping service or due to other circumstances beyond our control. Royal Mail will only consider a package missing after 28 days have elapsed. We can therefore only start a refund or replacement process after this waiting period.

International tracking is available upon request. Please place an order as usual including a note requesting a tracked shipping service or email us at ppjrecordings@gmail.com and we will contact you to arrange additional payment.

Pre-order products will be shipped as soon after the official release date as possible. All orders are dispatched in a single consignment so any other items in your cart will be held until all products are available. Please note that release dates for items on pre-order are subject to change.

Return Policy

To arrange a return or for any other query please contact ppjrecordingsj@gmail.com with your order number.

If you received a shipping notification for your order and suspect that your package has been lost in transit, please refer to the information about delivery times in our shipping policy. In most cases our packages will not fit into a standard letterbox so often times the post is holding the package at the local branch. Please check your local post before contacting us.
